How to Order

​

Order can be placed through the website or Line: @confetti at your convenience. Once payment arrange, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

However, for an order with "Bank Transfer" option, please notify us via Line: @confetti, Email: theconfetti@gmail.com or Tel: 062-780-0880 so that we can process your order as soon as possible.

Shipping

​

We currently ship within Thailand via DHL E-Commerce Expedited Shipping which takes 1-3 business days transit. Shipping fee starts from THB 60.- on a purchase of 1-5 pieces and THB 100.- for a purchase of 5 pieces or more. Free shipping is offered for all order of THB 3,500.- or more. 

Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed weekdays before 12:00 A.M. will ship same day. Orders placed after 12:01 PM. or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Tracking number will be provided via Line or SMS.

Express Messenger Service using Grab, Lalamove & Lineman can be arranged upon request at your own cost via Line: @confetti or 062-780-0880.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange unless they are faulty or damage items. For assistance with 'Pre-Ordered' items from International websites, that may not meet your satisfactions, which have not been opened, tried or tested, please contact customer service at Line: @confetti or 062-780-0880 to receive instructions on how best to go about your consignment at our Store. Kindly note that these items are not subjected to a refund.
